Snakes and ladders.Willful deliberate gesture, her smile has transformed itself, the lips become encumbered with the baggage of kisses when they curve. Premeditated arson of the mind: the near past has become a danger and she struggles to distance herself from things she has and hasn't done. Better to focus on the present, and better still to focus on the future, where it is always blissful and sublime.
